Under UK consumer law, you have the following rights:

  • 14-day right to cancel: For distance sales, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. You must notify us in writing (email or post) within this period. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. We will refund the full purchase price, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods: If goods are faulty, not as described, do not match the order, or are not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. You have up to six months from delivery to reject faulty goods and claim a full refund. After six months, you may still be entitled to repair or replacement depending on the nature of the fault.
  • Late or non-delivery: If goods do not arrive within the agreed timeframe, or if we have failed to deliver within 30 days of the contract date (unless you agreed otherwise), you may be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Refund Method

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless they are faulty or not as described. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day period for change-of-mind refunds. Perishable goods and custom-made products may be subject to different return conditions, which will be communicated at the point of sale.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund. Please retain the packaging and any documentation for damaged items to assist with our investigation.
